Bull & Gate Wedding | Freya & Luke

I met Freya & Luke for an engagement session a few months before their wedding. So, when the day rolled around, we knew each other well. They held their ceremony at Tavistock House, before making their way to the reception at the Bull & Gate. The ceremony was intimate, with just their closest family and friends, it was lovely. Between the ceremony and the reception, we visited Tavistock Square Gardens opposite Camden Registry Office for the family formals and a few couple portraits.

The Bull & Gate is a stunning venue and a hidden gem amongst the chaos of London. The venue is a historic pub in North London that has been lovingly restored and renovated into a beautiful event space. As a Bull & Gate wedding photographer, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to capture Freya & Luke’s day there.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the charming character of the venue. The Bull & Gate has a cosy and intimate atmosphere that is perfect for a wedding. The exposed walls and elegant chandeliers created a warm inviting ambience, which made it easy to capture beautiful photos.

Natural and relaxed Wedding Photography

Just after the speeches, I spent some time capturing beautiful window light portraits of the couple. I loved the natural light with golden light in the background really made for stunning photos.

As the night went on, the newlyweds danced the night away with their guests. I captured some great shots of the couple and their guests having a great time and letting loose.

Overall, The Bull & Gate was a fantastic venue for a wedding, I love the unique character and charm of this historic pub. The intimate and romantic atmosphere and the stunning decor made it a perfect location for a beautiful and unforgettable wedding.
